This website and our software are operated by Yunfan Sailing Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80220410), registered office at Rm D5, 5/F, King Yip Factory Building, No. 59 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. We are responsible for your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email address, company and messages; account information when you sign up for our tools; and technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. Platform data
When you connect a store, we receive data from that platform through its official API, only within the permissions you approve, such as products, orders, inventory and shipping details needed for the features you use.
4. How we use information
To provide and support the features you use, to reply to your enquiries, to keep our services secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use platform data for advertising or to build profiles of your customers.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host or run our services for us, such as cloud hosting and email delivery providers, under contract, or when required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. When you disconnect a store or close your account, we delete the related data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to run the service.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the time required by applicable law.
9. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our software may use cookies that are strictly needed to keep you signed in.
